My Role
In my role, I've been instrumental in translating conceptual sketches into functional prototypes using Axure Pro, demonstrating a strong proficiency in design execution. I've also taken charge of maintaining design system specifications, graphics, icons, and images through the use of Photoshop and Axure Pro. Additionally, I've played a pivotal role in the development process by creating wireframes, user interaction models, information architecture, and user screen flows, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborating closely with HP's global business teams, I've adeptly aligned UI/UX designs with organizational priorities. Moreover, I've supported the engineering team by contributing to the creation of custom widgets and UI elements. Throughout these endeavors, I've effectively communicated design concepts and user experience strategies, both verbally and in written form, to drive project success.
Express Decision Portal
The HP Express Decision Portal is a cloud-based application designed to streamline communication and decision-making processes among customers, partners, and HP support in the context of managed print services (MPS). It serves as a centralized platform that connects all parties involved, offering features like pricing tools and service request management. This portal enhances efficiency by providing a user-friendly interface for submitting requests, accessing information, and managing service tickets related to MPS. Additionally, the Express Decision Portal contributes to optimizing printing devices, reducing costs, and improving the overall management of printing operations within an organization.

Result
During my extended contract with HP, I undertook the redesign of the user interface, transitioning from the previous dark gray and black design to the new blue and white interface, which received positive feedback from users.
