Problem:
NetCloud Manager is SaaS for managing network hardware. It needed intuitive, user-focused interfaces for a complex product.
Role:
Interaction Designer III: wireframes, user flows, prototypes and user feedback.

Problem:
The Express Decision Portal used a dark gray and black interface.
Role:
Advanced Interaction Designer: prototypes in Axure Pro, and custom UI elements built with HP's global engineering teams.
Impact:
The new blue and white interface got positive user feedback, and my contract was extended by over 350%.

Problem:
Teams needed clearer definitions, usage guidelines and component specs.
Role:
Added 80%+ of the design system specs and designed 50+ icons to Google Material Design guidelines.
